Goal: Offer personalized help and tackle common challenges.

Structure

20 minutes Q&A

20 minutes live troubleshooting (uploading issues, brand kits, photos, layout questions)

20 minutes “Design Lab” — staff work on their newsletters and get real-time support

Outcomes

Participants leave with:

A polished piece of work

Individual guidance on their specific COA’s design workflow

Increased confidence

Time

A 1 hour session, 30 minutes instruction, 30 minutes hands on interactive.
