October 2026 DFM Quarterly Meeting: AI for Older Adults

Description

The Patient Innovation Lab at Dartmouth College develops and evaluates artificial intelligence technologies to improve health and well-being for older adults, family caregivers, and underserved communities. Through community-engaged research, the lab partners with individuals with lived experience, healthcare providers, and community organizations to co-design, test, and implement AI-enabled solutions that support healthy aging, chronic disease self-management, behavioral health, dementia care, and caregiver support. This session will highlight lessons learned from developing and implementing these technologies in real-world settings and discuss how collaborative partnerships can accelerate the adoption of person-centered AI to improve health outcomes and support aging in place.
