The Council on Aging (COA) Director is responsible for leading and managing the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and services designed to meet the social, emotional, economic, and health needs of East Bridgewater's older adult and disabled population. This role oversees al Council on Aging operations, including staff and volunteers, ni accordance with town by-laws and the policies set forth by the Council on Aging Board.
