ServSafe® Training is here! 

MCOA is pleased to offer ServSafe® Manager training to its members in good standing. This is the full food safety certification required by local boards of health. 

• Training is available to Councils on Aging staff and their volunteers only. 
• Students are required to purchase a textbook with an answer sheet (ServSafe® Manager 9th Edition text with exam sheet - $75.99) and meet registration deadlines. 
• Each session is a two-day course including review of the text material and a paper (not online) exam.

 Save Your Spot! 

Space is very limited at each location. You must attend day one and day two at the same location. Once you register for Session One, you will also be registered by MCOA Staff for Session Two.
