This session will introduce attendees to Housing Navigator MA, an affordable housing tech nonprofit that provides a free, user-friendly search engine, serving as the "front door" to over 216,000 income-restricted rentals across the Commonwealth. Tori Decker will provide an overview of the search tool and dataset, highlighting key features like clarifying affordability and eligibility, and filtering for various property types, including age-restricted options, to better equip you in assisting the communities you serve. 

The session will conclude with a  Q&A period, which is a critical opportunity for the Housing Navigator team to gather your direct feedback as they continue to focus on developing and user-testing consumer education tools to provide the resources that renters need most.
