AGE is partnering with MHAC on a survey to understand the current landscape of digital equity programs and needs across the MA Aging Network. Your responses will help us: 

• Map existing digital equity resources and identify gaps 
• Connect organizations to relevant resources and partners 

Whether your organization is deeply engaged in digital equity work or just getting started, your perspective is valuable. We want to understand what's working, what's needed, and how we can better support you.
