MSAC Seeking Experiences of Changes in Dealing with Social Security
Massachusetts Senior Action Council is a statewide, grassroots, senior-run organization that empowers its members to collectively address key public policy and community issues that affect their health and well-being.
They currently want to hear from people receiving Social Security Income. Their question:
Have you experienced any changes in dealing with Social Security?
Examples of changes could include:
- Adjustments to how you receive information or schedule appointments?
- Longer wait times on hold?
- No available appointment slots?
- Limited office hours?
- No walk-in service offered?
Share experiences by calling or emailing MSAC:
