The Town of Natick is seeking a Business & Operations Manager to join the Community Services Department. This role is responsible for the management and supervision of the administrative team at the Community Senior Center and the Cole Center, providing high-level customer service; executing administrative functions associated with payroll, permitting/rentals, fiscal, and procurement. Operational databases and management of daily office operations, working to assist the Director of Community Services and the leadership team. Ensures the offices run smoothly and effectively in the delivery of programs, services, and business functions. The primary office location is the Natick Community Senior Center.
