Outreach & Transportation Programming Coordinator
This position is an outreach and social services role, responsible for all facets of senior services programming including transportation operation of the Swansea Council on Aging and is expected to actively engage with community members. Some responsibilities include application assistance for social services programs, scheduling and reporting for various programs, dispatching, and serving as a back-up van driver when required. Employee provides direction, coordinating with other staff members and supervisor to ensure client needs are met, cost is controlled, equipment is well maintained and the appearance of our drivers and vehicles are up to standards.
