About the Role: The Outreach Coordinator will be a vital resource for seniors and their families, offering information, support and advocacy to help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work directly with seniors, caregivers, service providers, peers and other community stakeholders to address needs and connect individuals with appropriate services.
