Outreach / Social Services Coordinator
The Town of Weymouth is currently accepting applications for an Outreach/Social Services Coordinator within the Elder Services Department. Works under the general direction of the Director of Elder Services. Duties requires independent judgement in the performance of clinical work. Makes constant contact with the town’s elderly population, health care providers, public, private and non-profit organizations serving the elderly, state agencies and other municipal departments. May work with other populations identified by municipal counterparts engaged in assessing resident needs.
