REPORTS TO: Social Services Coordinator POSITION STATUS: Full time, non-union role with full benefits
SALARY: Up to $62,000.00, commensurate with experience
STATEMENT OF DUTIES The Outreach Social Worker (OSW) provides outreach to older adults and persons living with disabilities and as a member of the Social Services staff to plan and develop community education and supportive social service programs to assist in enhancing the lives of City of Salem (City) seniors, their families, community members and community agencies. The employee is required to perform all similar or related duties.
