Working in collaboration with the Massachusetts SHINE program at AGE and the Middleborough COA Director, the SHINE Program Director oversees all functions and requirements of the SHINE grant. These include health benefit counselor training and management, regional program administration, program reporting, budget and financial reporting, record keeping, public relations, customer service and outreach to consumers, including Medicare beneficiaries of all ages and their spouses, caregivers, and low income, limited English speaking individuals. The Program Director will attend and/or lead all standing SHINE meetings.
